Please review our Return Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. In accordance with consumer protection guidelines in India, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement for defective tactical or industrial gear within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and contains all original packaging.

This consent will explicitly override any registry with DNC/NDNC (Do Not Call / National Do Not Call) lists applicable in India.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Itachi Industries and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
